WEEK 22- March 16th , 2012

Our little Papaya is still about 10.5 inches long and probably close to 1 pound...WOW!  With the increase in size and weight, it was inevitable that the kicking would be more apparent. This week, mommy has been able to feel baby kick from the outside.  Unfortunately, as soon as daddy puts his hand on mommy's tummy baby stops moving. Surely daddy will get to feel a kick soon.

Week 22 has been very busy.  Mommy and daddy flew to Wyoming to visit family on Sunday and to celebrate cousin Maycee's 3rd birthday. We also got to meet new cousin, Addy, who was born 2 days before mommy and daddy got married.  Baby Stone greeted baby Addy by sending her a few kicks when mommy was holding her.  During our visit mommy and daddy were able to tell Nana Dupy that she was going to get another great grand baby and she was very excited.  We had a wonderful visit with family and friends and a trip to Riverton, Wyoming to see where daddy grew up.  It was so enjoyable and very sad to leave.

Travel was a little rough on mommy with the cramped flight quarters, tight connecting flight time, erratic sleep, and elevation change, but with a little rest, the blood pressure was kept under control. Mommy and daddy had to take a run for it to catch the connecting flight in Denver on the way home. Baby didn't seem to be affected, other than a little more sleep when we got home, because the kicking kept getting stronger.

Back to reality and work and maybe some more time for daddy to spend trying to get a glimpse of Baby Stone's movement.

Big hug from Justin and Erin
